Jessica brings with her 10 years of experience building teams & training programs for companies across the US. She has been indispensable in realizing STAND 8's Corporate Training Program, which in turn has allowed for unprecedented growth. She also established an Internship Program with her alma mater, Cal Poly San-Luis.
An advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, Jessica has driven more inclusive hiring practices within the company. Originally from Chico, Jessica now lives on the beautiful Central Coast. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs. She loves exploring new trails, jogging, and hiking. She also enjoys the world-class breweries & wineries that SLO Country has to offer.
